This should answer MOST of the people's questions about this tax stimulus plan. Single (or) Married, have SSN or ITIN, you can find the answers by reading the following. (Cut/pasted from IRS website).

priti8888, What is the USCIS 485 processing date in your senario?
Your Receive Date is a factor but PD is also a big factor, if limited number available.
If two person has submitted their application. One has PD 2001 and RD June 10 2007 and other had PD Jan 2006 with RD May 1 2006.
USCIS 485 Processing Date: June 15th 2007 and Visa Bullitin has "C"
Still PD with 2001 will get the the number first before PD 2006 case.
So
485 RD < USCIS 485 Processing date and PD < Visa Bulletin date
Order by PD desc

I dont see anything about the law suit on OH site.
Can someone explain what "Temporary Restrain Order" would do if it were successful. It sounds to me that the lawsuit is asking the court to temporarily invalidate the July visa bulletin so that USCIS will be forced to accept the applications. Is this a reasonable understanding? Any lawyers here?

My EB3 PD is Oct 2003. I-140 approved and I-485 ND is July24th.when can i expect to get the green card?. thanks in advance.

I believe the majority ofthe IV members are from Indian origins. they should contact the Indian community that donated money to Hilary and ask why she voted against legal immigrants. she is preparing for her election compaign. I am sure she will answer or at least she will know that we are following her votes against us.

Thanks for your reply. I am in Eb3. I am willing to relocate but you know that every state has different rules for Physical Therapists. As I have 3 yrs of experience from India, I wonder who can sponsor me.
A lot of employers are willing to sponsor Schedule A applications, as far as you get your own lawyer & bare the costs, especially if they don't have an immigration department. So you may want to let them know that you have a lawyer who can file as soon as. Some employers already have the employment notice.
You may already know these, but here goes

You don't want USCIS to make any judgement. Here is an example of their judgement.
USCIS said that 140K EB #s were used on July 2. However, we are hearing that they did not use up the numbers on Sep 30.

i support your efforts and have printed out and sent letters to the people mentioned. Momentum for release of information should build up even if we have 50-100 letters from affected people...otherwise people won't know of EB-3 IND's plight.
I suppose we should followup with phone calls in 15 days to cement our request. We should have a poll on who all has sent the letter and made the call.

USCIS can process recaptured numbers. If 200k numbers are in one year USCIS will plan for 200k numbers in that year.In 2000 they processed more applications after a immigration reform. One way of preventing wastage is plan to process all the applications in 11 months. If any unused numbers can be processed in that one month.

The Ombudsman's report clearly stated how USCIS wasted all these visa #s due to their ineffieciency, very well knowing that these #s cannot be re-used the following year. A few lucky people from the July filers will get their green cards from this, but most may have to wait a while. They have not processed many of them.
If that is the case, why is there a big movement? I am assuming that the Jul 07 backlog has been significantly reduced and hence this big movement. Correct me if my assumption is wrong.

Information meant for public will always be shared on the forum. It maybe delayed a bit.
However direct communication with Admins, Sharing of our strategy, developments etc will only be on donor forum. We do not anyways post it on open forums even now.
This initiative is to provide some incentive to members who support IV financially. In a couple of days we are launching another service to IV members that will be a big help. It will always be free for everyone and you will appreciate it. We are working on it these days.
There are some more ideas in the pipeline to even help all IV members. We just have 24 hours in a day, full time jobs and a life of our own. So we are trying to squeeze as much time possible to make this ideas be brought on IV quickly.

I just registered for IV. I wish I could come to DC rally on 18th. But due to certain unavoidable circumstances I may not be able too.
