Hey vibedesign,
Create and animate the text that you wish to have "wireframed" in Swift 3D. When exporting the SWF, make sure you select the No Fill option. Consequently, make sure you select the Outline option with Entire Mesh or another setting selected! That should export your animation without the fill but with the outlines instead. That will look like a wireframe text effect!

I have an approved I797 from last year qouta. I got a 221g when I went to stamping for my H1 visa. The 221g was regarding some documents which the employer had to provide. Subsequently I obtained a L2 visa and I am now in the US. I would now like to apply for a change of status to H1.In this regard I had the following question:

On my L2 I have applied for a EAD about 3 weeks ago. USCIS says that it could take upto 90 days to approve the same.During this time if I apply for a COS to H1, would it influence the decision making on the L2-EAD approval or they are completely separate processes?

My H1 with Employer A expires Dec 2009 (7th yr). By that time, if my I140 gets approved (with Employer A) I will be eligible for 3 year extensions from there on. Employer A is willing to keep the I-140 current even if I leave them. Now my question is,

* If I change to Employer B's H1 prior to I-140 approval with employer A, am I eligible to apply for 3 yr extension when I am with Employer B?

Can I transfer from Employer B back to Employer A (if my priority date for I-485 becomes current) when I am on the 3yr extension?


The reason I ask is, if my Priority date becomes current and apply for the I-485, I do not want to use my EAD card. I want to be on H1 to be on safe side (incase anything happens to I-485)



Any help is greatly appreciated.

is your case eb2 or eb3? what nationality are you from? if you are eb2 india, then it could potentially mean that you might get GC within one year...

For a EB2 position, that requires a MS with no alternate qualification accepted:

1. Does the business necessity need to show how the job duties match the course work during MS or why the job duties are needed for the company?

2. Do we need to send the business necessity at the time of applying for PERM or only when audited.

Hi all,

I am in a strange situation-- I have 2 different PDs.

1) PDs on my I-140 is listed: June 30, 2005 (which became current as of 2/11/2011)
2) I recently discovered a different PD listed on the Request for Initial Interview Notice (for my pending I-485). There is a Priority Date box on this notice letter, and date listed is Aug 16, 2007.

Biometrics done Nov2007
Initial Interview done June 2010
FingerPrint done August 2010
Currently on 3rd EAD
Nationality is Taiwan
Current status: AOS pending

I am torn and confused because 2 PDs are 2 years apart. Does any one have the same issue like me? What should I do??? Which PD is the correct one I should go with?? Please help! Thank you so much in advance for your time.

Please explain how you have worked in Illinios for XYZ company( my GC sponsoring Company) living in MN,WA and TX.

The above description is the one line RFE that I got. I don't have more details to give. I guess am like any other consultant who works in different states( Most of them).

My 140 is approved in Dec 2007. I had 1st RFE on I-485 and submitted the same in Dec 2009. for pay stubs and other things. This is the second RFE. I will consult good attorney. Any advise is helpful.

Also I entered US on AP and I started my own company few months back. I am still working for GC sponsoring company. If by my bad luck my 485 gets denied..what are my options? Also I have my H1 petition valid till May 2012 but I don't have it stamped. Do I need to leave the country and get it stamped?

the quick answers. Draw your shapes in the extrusion editor with the pencil tool. Outside shape of the hex nut and inside shape. If you get the shape you want, it will be a nice hex nut when you return to scene editor.

The right answer: Draw in illustrator and save your self the headache of drawing to draw anything outside of simple primitives in swift.

The even better answer. Any other true modeling program will provide better results. (from 3d paint, 3ds, maya, etc..)

I have the following situation.
I got married in June 2009 and my wife had a Business visa and she had travelled once. After our marriage, she travelled on her Business visa again in July for three months till October end 2009.
I have a H1 valid till June mid 2010 and when I tried to process her H4, many people said that, since the duration left in my visa is very less, chances of rejection are higher.
On her Visa, it is written as B1 / B2.

So it would be helpful for me to know, if she can travel on her business visa as a visitor [her visa has B1 / B2]. If she has to travel, does she need a letter from her company or do I have to provide the documents whereby I show that, I can take care of her in US.

If there is any other way, please let me know.

My I-140 petition was denied 2 months back and My attorney is trying to re apply for it. In the mean while there is a query on the company it self and our attorney is working hard to get it cleared.

In the mean while I am thinking about switch the employer.

I am in 8 th year extension and My VIsa is valid until jan 2008.

1.Assuming some comany offered me to apply for I140 and 485 and join that the company, what will happen If I140 has not been cleared before Jan 2008?.

2.What are the pros and cons I should think about when I switch the company.?

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced that it has now received approximately 48,977 H-1B petitions counting toward the congressionally-mandated 65,000 limit. If your H1B approved as a part of change of status from L1, Your current status will be H1B (You can check that on new I94) from the date H1B starts. In this case, You lost your L1 status and you need to start working with H1B employer. You need to take advice from your H1B Lawyer.

I have filed for AOS for myself and my wife. She is visiting india next month and needs to return on H4.

Since I have valid h1....can she apply for h4 or is that risky?

Hard to tell not knowing these things:
1. Were you ever out of status from the last time you entered?
2. Do you have paychecks for all the months on H1?
3. Which visa center are you visiting ?
4. Was your wife ever out of status from the last time she entered US?

It's all in the history. If it's clean, its not a problem. If you are not sure, then wait for AP as it would be a safe backup.

I need your help, I am due for my H1b first time extension and I have requested my employer for the 1500 dollars "Education and training fee" , I got an email from the New HR personal to show me why the employer have to pay for it , I am trying to find a link to USCIC website where it clearly states the employer has to pay for it.But I am unable to find any thing relating to $1500 education and training fee, I did google search and it shows links from some schools and law firms. My husband and I are in a big Dilemma whether to apply for EAD or AP? In the lawyer's note,it says that anyone who is I-140 Beneficiary will not be able to use EAD and AP. Is it true?

We are on our 3 years H1/H4 using I-140 benefits only. What should we do?

Hi Folks
just got my GC. Now if I contract for a security clearance job, like Armed forces, or Defense related one through the same employer that sponsored by GC, CAN I BE ELIGIBLE for a waiver of the 5 years waiting period -to what extent is is waived ....100% or only part of the 5 years wait, if at all .
My Company is a US Defense Vendor .
Can someone pt me to the right place where all this is clarified.
Also would the same kind of waiver apply if you work for a Govt agency or it is strictly defense...
are there some other ways where GC-> Citz can be expedited

Folks,

Here's one question I have which I haven't see in any forums so far (perhaps its lurking somewhere .. who knows) ... let me get to the point.

When filing for AOS/485, if the I-140 that was filed prior to filing AOS was pending and gets approved AFTER 485 was filed... should we explicitly inform USCIS that that 140 was appoved ?

I guess USCIS should have that information (of course!) but I am not sure if we should be pro-active and make sure we inform the service center that the 140 was approved ?!

My and my family I-140 is approved. Based upon this approval I got three years H1B visa extension too. By the way this is my 13th year in the USA.

As a plan B, if I move my family to Canada, as we have Canadian residency, to continue their lives there. And in the mean time say after 1 year of their going there, say here in the USA our priority dates become current. At such a juncture will there be any way that I delay filing their I485 so they may get their Canada citizenship without creating any conflict between US and Canada residency status.

2. Can I apply for H1B for me? If yes when I can start working with my H1B.

3. Is there is any way to maintain my husband L1 status until it's validity(Aug 2011) and then switching to H1B after L1 expires?

Immigration Visa Attorney Blog Has Just Posted the Following:
Still not too late to apply for an H-1B (http://www.fongandchun.com/lawyer-attorney-1477281.html). New H-1B quota figures as of September 10, 2010:

Out of the 65,000 cases that can be approved for H-1B this year, 37,400 cases have been receipted by USCIS for the regular Bachelor's degree H-1B quota. This is up from 36,600 cases which were received since September 3, 2010.

Approximately 13,700 cases have been receipted by USCIS for the advanced degree H-1B quota, a slight increase of about 300 cases filed since September 3, 2010 when approximately 13,400 cases had been received.

October 1, 2010 is around the corner. People with newly approved H-1Bs will soon be able to begin employment. First time applicants can still continue to submit applications for H-1B status until the entire H-1B quota is exhausted. I'll keep you updated on the cap count, so check back soon. ---ecf
